Spiritual drone saxophonist Diamond Terrifier and baroque chamber guitarist Bachanalia's Flu Riddim tour plays at Soapbox Music on Friday April 6th at 8pm. The local trio of Dan Godston/Zirafa/Orange Drink opens. There is a $10 suggested donation and the show is all ages. Soapbox Music is located at 1612 N Chicago.

Rock For Kids will be hosting Shifting Focus, a fine arts exhibit held one night only &mdsah; tonight — at the emerging contemporary art gallery Hinge from 6-9:30pm. The event is free to attend and will exhibit various works from seven different contemporary artists: Zack Balber, Tim Buwalda, Typoe, Debbie Carlos, Alex Colindres, Sarah Newby, and Lucia Palmarini, all at various stages in their careers.
