Chowdah Fest @ Columbia Yacht Club
Tonight's benefit for the Sea Scouts features New England's (or Manhattan's, whichever you prefer) finest stew from the hands of such chefs as Giuseppe Trentori of GT Fish and Oyster, Kevin Hickey of Allium, and Three Aces' Matt Troost. Awards will be given by a panel of experts, as well as the audience's favorite. Event runs from 6:30-9:30pm at the Columbia Yacht Club, 111 North Lake Shore Drive. Tickets $40.

Ska legends The Specials perform tonight at the Vic, 3145 N. Sheffield Ave. Tickets are $31. Doors open at 7:30pm. All ages.
