Andy Cohen @ Barbara's Bookstore at Macy's

Barbara's Bookstore, Macy's Lower Level, 111 N. State St., hosts Bravo TV's Andy Cohen today from 12pm-2pm. Cohen is currently on tour for a Q&A and signing of his latest book, Most Talkative: Stories from the Front Lines of Pop Culture, where he discusses his obsession with pop culture and how it led to his position at Bravo, his work with the network's popular "Real Housewives" franchise, and his own show, "Watch What Happens Live." Soup and Bread @ Hideout

The Hideout (1354 West Wabansia) holds its Soup and Bread weekly fundraiser tonight from 5:30-8pm (or until the soup runs out). Local chefs and foodies prepare a selection of soups for your casual slurping from the bar's crock pots, with (encouraged) donations going to a local food-related charity. This year each week has a theme, and tonight's final one is "Spring Forward." Event is age 21+, but children can be admitted if accompanied by an adult. See you next year!

ASMP/APA Bar Night @ DeLux Bar and Grill

The American Photographic Artists and the American Society of Media Photographers put on a monthly bar night every second Wednesday of the month. This is a chance for photographers, producers, models, printmakers, and anyone else connected with photography to network in a laid back environment. This month's event is sponsored by Calumet Photographic and is free to attend at Delux Bar & Grill, 669 N. Milwaukee Ave.

The Bigamist @ Portage Theater

The Northwest Chicago Film Society presents a 35mm screening of The Bigamist, directed by Ida Lupino, at the Portage Theater, 4050 N. Milwaukee Ave., at 7:30pm tonight, preceded by the Daffy Duck cartoon The Henpecked Duck. Tickets are $5.

Chicago Songwriter Alliance @ Tonic Room

The second meeting of the Chicago Songwriter Alliance is at 8pm tonight at Tonic Room, 2447 N. Halsted St. The show will feature two rounds of two songs each by Rebecca Rego, Lee Ketch, Kate Quinby, Brian Morrissey, Teddy Grossman, Matt Crews, Julie Jergens, Jarid Rabin and Brittany Moffitt, and finish with a special closing set by Kalamazoo's Graham Parsons & the Go Rounds. Donnie Biggins of The Shams Band hosts. Free, 21+
