The annual Ravenswood Manor Garage Sale takes place today from 10am to 4pm. More than 100 neighborhood residents will be selling stuff; grab a PDF map and start browsing.
Lagunitas Brewing hosts a two-day Beer Circus at its new brewery and tap room at 1843 S. Washtenaw Ave., from noon to 5pm. Enjoy music, burlesque, circus performers and more, and of course plenty of beer. Saturday is sold out, but tickets are still available for Sunday -- $40 for drinkers, $30 for designated drivers. It's part of Chicago Craft Beer Week. 21+
Celebrate the fantastic food, drink, and music that Chicago has to offer with a kick off to Chicago Craft Beer Week with Cased Meats for a Cause. From 3:00-6:00 p.m., feast on creative compositions from some of the best sausage makers in Chicago while washing it down with pints from Revolution Brewing Production Brewery and indulging in the lyrical musings of some fantastic Chicago based musicians, all while supporting local families impacted by Rett Syndrome. Tickets are $50 and include: music from Weepin' Willows and the Lawrence Peters Outfit; a full Revolution Brewing lineup; specialty cased meats from chefs at Publican Quality Meats, The Butcher & Larder, The Radler, Farm. The 8th annual Andersonville Wine Walk is today. Guests can choose between the North or South route through Andersonville, each of which has stops at 10 area businesses who are pouring three wines a piece. Check-in starts at 1:00 p.m. at the Swedish American Museum (5211 N Clark); the Wine Walk runs from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. Tickets are $35 in advance, or $45 the week of the walk.
Australian rockers Seether play the House of Blues, 329 N. Dearborn St., tonight, with Black Stone Cherry and Redlight King opening. Doors open at 7:30, show's at 8:30pm. Tickets are $32.50. 17+

The Double Door, 1572 N. Milwaukee Ave., hosts the 40th anniversary celebration show for freeform radio station WZRD tonight. The headliners: Acid Mother's Temple, with opening acts Perhaps and Silver Abuse. Doors at 8pm, show at 8:30pm, and tickets are $18 ($10 for NEIU students). 21+
