Christkindlemarket's Last Day
Today's the last day for the Christkindlmarket in Daley Plaza, 50 W. Washington St. Shop for Christmas items, get a boot, enjoy live music, etc. It's open from 11am to 8pm tonight.
Feast of the Seven Fishes @ Nico Osteria
Celebrate Christmas Eve at this traditional Southern Italian meal of the fishy stuff starting at 3pm today at Nico Osteria, 1015 N. Rush. The four course meal is $125; Italians do not get a discount (I asked).
Reveillon Dinner @ Big Jones
Go Creole this Christmas Eve at Big Jones (5347 N. Clark) at their annual Reveillon Dinner, a multi-course affair of crawfish, gumbo, venison and (my favorite), Doberge cake. Admission $50 (wine pairings an extra $25).
