Event Spotlight: Studs Terkel Tribute @ Steppenwolf
Admittedly, tickets to this event may no longer be available (it's free, but you have to have reservations), but I couldn't help but draw attention to what will surely be a touching show. Tonight at the Steppenwolf Theatre, a whole host of notable performers will offer a tribute to the late Studs Terkel. The cast includes Tribune reporter and author Rick Kogan, Steppenwolf artistic director Martha Lavey, director Joyce Piven, a number of Steppenwolf ensemble members and David Schwimmer.
