It's the first Tuesday of the month, time for your dose of Tuesday Funk. Tonight's readers include:
- Paul McComas is a teacher and the author of four books (Planet of the Dates, Unplugged, Unforgettable: Harrowing Futures, Horrors, and (Dark) Humor and Twenty Questions). He is the founder of Rock Against Depression.
- Tim W. Brown is the author of four novels (Deconstruction Acres, Left of the Loop, Walking Man and Second Acts) and a member of the National Book Critics Circle.
- Bradley P. Beaulieu is the author of The Winds of Khalakovo and an L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future Award winner.
- Brooke Wonders is a Ph.D. student at UIC, where she studies trauma theory and nonfiction. A dark fantasy author on the side, this summer she will be attending the storied Clarion Writers' Workshop in San Diego on a partial scholarship.
- Scott Smith works at Chicago magazine and is Our Man In Chicago in the twitterverse.
