Don't Forget to Remember: Poetry this Weekend!
Way back when, we told you about the construction of The Poetry Foundation's new building. Well, the new building will open to the public this weekend, on June 25! And to celebrate, the foundation is inviting you over for a two-day open house on June 25 and 26, starting at 10am each day. Plan to not only be wowed by the beautiful new space but also by the entertainment, with readings from poets that include Billy Collins, Robert Hass, and Jack Prelutsky; a presentation by the building's architect, John Ronan; discussions; book signings; and much much more.
