DMK Burger Bar
Though the wait was long, the burgers - and the fries - were probably worth it at DMK Burger Bar. The house veggie & grain burger was a loosely formed patty made of rice and other hearty ingredients and then fried to create a crispy crust. It was served with a pesto mayo, roasted eggplant and tomatoes. Though the sweet potato fries were tasty, it was the salt and pepper fries (fried in beef fat, according to our waitress) that really stole the show.

I would have to respectfully disagree. The wait (and the noise level) at DMK are not worth the wait. If this place was Kumas, perhaps, but in no culinary fashion does this place even get close. The burgers and fries here are nothing special. I've had better burgers at the likes of Edzo's, Flub a Dub, or Bad Apple for a fraction of the cost and wait.
Michael Kornick should stick to what he does best at mk and leave the burgers to others.
Burgers are a polarizing and personal preference, so I'm sure others will weigh in and look forward to others' thoughts.
