Because of this cheese obsession, you can correctly assume that I love grilled cheeses, but sometimes it's hard to find a cheese that tastes good on its own and equally delicious when melted. Enter: Butterkase. This semi-soft gift from the heavens is a little salty and creamy when eaten at room temperature and pure gooey magic when heated.
