tough question, as I don't really consider much to be 'essential.' but if I had to name a couple of things, I'd say my eyeglasses or contacts, running shoes, my sisters, my grammie, and my boy.
weird assortment.
I always have a pen, and usually a notebook. Beyond that, wallet, keys and cellphone are usually with me.
on the town: my glasses, my ipod, and my keys. and in the summertime, a water bottle (my nalgene bottle which i'm sure has given me cancer by now).
at work: ipod/radio converter, radio, and an extra fine tip purple pen.
books, beer, boots, & cash, cause cash rules every thing around me
Wallet, phone, keys, chapstick and water. And my iPod if I am alone.
Clean underwear. Don't want mom to say "I told you so..."
My glasses, my rings, cell phone, wine, a hair clip, comfortable shoes
other than the obvious (clothes, glasses):
ring
necklace
ID/cash/wallet
burt's bees
house keys
phone, ipod, gum, lipstick, pen, ibuprophen, sunglasses, water
and now 20 lbs of quarters for the meters.
when I'm out, ATM card, ID and the purse that holds my other stuff like lipstick, etc. At home, food, music and wine.
debit card. toothpaste. snack packs. keys.
Moist Towelettes
Beef Jerky
my D90 pref. w/ Sigma 30mm f/1.4
cellphone
wallet
altoids gum
migraine drugs
sunglasses (so i hopefully won't need to use migraine drugs)
and if my daughter is with me, extra undies and outfit (for her, not me)
Enough sleep.
Good coffee.
Sincere hugs.
chianti.
