My mom makes a delicious linzer torte. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linzer_torte
Goes good with a glass of milk
marshmallow cornflake wreaths with little red hots(think rice crispie treat except with cornflakes).
homemade gingerbread cookies
Eggnog. I know it is not much more than sugar mixed petroleum byproducts, but it is so good.
Oysters and cold vodka shots on New Year's Day.
My mom makes fruitcake and I look forward to it every year. I am in the 1%of Americans who eat it I'm sure.
I too love fruitcake, mincemeat tarts and Nanaimo Bars round out my top three.
Kileche. They're Assyrian, small half moon dough pastries stuffed with a ground walnut, sugar, and cardamom mixture. Absolutely delicious.
@spence I remember those treats from long ago! I totally forgot about them and they were so good.
The mexican wedding cakes you buy at the store are a favorite. And we also make these little haystacks out of peanuts and chow mein noodles covered in peanut butter and chocolate.

My mom makes a ton of Christmas cookies. My favorites are her pizzelles and this shortbread cookie she makes that comes out sort of dark -- not burnt, but a little in that direction in terms of flavor. Love'em.
