It's a little worrisome, but so is malaria. The chances of actually dying of SARS are so small as to be a non-issue, and it seems like it's being contained and managed everywhere it's shown up except China.

It's certainly a concern, though it depends on where you're travelling. It does worry me that it's sort of an unknown thing. Conspiracy buffs will undoubtedly decide that this may be a biological weapon gone awry.
