I received a vintage concert poster from a close relative. It was a band I don't even like. The gifter thought it was great this band was playing in town on the day I was born. Only the date on the poster was not the day I was born. It wasn't the year I was born. It was the correct month and century.
my ex gave me a scale. seriously.
A stuffed turtle.
my mother gave me an animatronic "Bananas in Pajamas" toy. I was in my 20's at the time.
My evil stepmother who was always haranguing me about being *so* selfish and "little miss perfect" gave me a sweatshirt that said "It's all about me!" across the front. Nice.
A Darth Vader spatula.
you're a fool to believe a darth vader spatula is "worst gift" worthy

I'm still pretty pissed off about the sweatshirt emblazoned with my name in puffy paint that my aunt gave me for Christmas a few years ago. She obviously took a lot of time and money to make this horrible thing, and I only wore it until she left after dinner. My mom graciously let us throw them away.
