Ah yes, propaganda for the Employee Free Choice Act.

I have an idea, if unions want to take away the secret ballot so that organizing workplaces under unions is made easier, then why don't the unions agree to let workers do the same to kick unions out? Imagine, employees could sign a card that said "I don't want to be represented by a union", and poof, no more union...

Now that is real free choice, but of course, EFCA has never been about "employees" or "freedom" or "having "choices"
