I am a retired person from Northern Illinois University DeKalb Il. How come Govt Quinn doesn't ever talk about getting rid of the people that NIU hires such as tempt jobs and the retirees that go back to work 900 hours off 30 days and then back for 900 hours. those people take up alot of jobs and they don't pay anything in to the pensions nor do they have to pay any social security. All departments are doing it and they do it to save money for their departments but by hiring these people in that capacity pension money is not be paid in and everybody knows all the money that has been taken out to run the state is not being put back in on the beginning end. There are alot of other ways that NIU could get back money into the pensions that we have all paid into. However Mr. Quinn doesn't doesn't seem to want answers to the obvious!
