Bar Garage Sale

Stuff from several local bars will be on sale this coming weekend at a bar garage sale. Expect to find chairs, computers and cables, neon signs, bar stools, props, tables, glassware, lighting, bric-a-brac, and sound equipment. South Loop Gallery Tour

Head down to the Fine Arts Building, 410 S. Michigan Ave., between noon and 5pm to pick up a map for your self-guided tour of the many galleries in the South Loop, "Chicago's newest arts district." Visit galleries between Madison and Roosevelt, Michigan and Dearborn. Make sure you're back at the Fine Arts Building Gallery to catch a lecture by Frank Vodvarka at 2pm.
