Groundhog Day @ Swissôtel

If you live anywhere in the United States except for Punxsatawney, Pennsylvania, then Groundhog Day is an amusement; perhaps an opportunity to complain about the current weather or harbor a hope for better.

But the folks in Phil's hometown are serious about his prognosticative ability, and it seems that Swissôtel (323 E. Wacker)in Chicago is as well.

Today through Sunday, February the 7th, Swissôtel will be hosting a Groundhog Day promotion in The Lobby Lounge. There's a custom menu courtesy of Executive Chef Dan McGee that consists of a selection of German bratwurst and specialty bretzels from Hannah's Bretzels (180 W. Washington), as well as a signature drink: The Ground Hog.

Other attractions include Groundhog Day film trivia to win complimentary appetizers.

For more information, you can check out Swissôtel's website here.
