Café Tacuba @ Congress

Café Tacuba's been laying low for a couple years, but the Mexican rock band returns to Chicago for what'll inevitably be another high energy show. Their last album Sino had a bit of an electronic edge to it; a forthcoming album will probably sound totally different, as they're wont to do. No matter what the new songs are like, the band's sure to pack a punch. Café Tacuba headlines the Congress. Chicago's Malafacha opens. A variety of DJs and others open at 6:30PM. Tickets are $35 in advance, $50 at the door. The Congress is at 2135 N Milwaukee.
