The third "pre-qualifier" for the Red Bull Thre3Style World Finals is tonight at Reggie's Rock Club, 2105 S. State St. Turntablists DJ Shub, Nedu Lopez, DJ Bmau, DJ Kostek and DJ Scizzorhands compete to make it to the finals on Saturday at the Metro. Special guests Z-Trip, SKratch Bastid and Jesse De La Pena also perform. Tickets are $10. Doors open at 9pm. 21+

Blues-rock band Blues Traveler plays a free show on the patio of Harry Caray's Tavern at Navy Pier tonight. The band will be playing songs from their new album, Suzie Cracks the Whip, as well as some of their most popular songs. A limited number of free tickets will be distributed, starting at 11am. Doors open at 6:30pm, and the show starts at 7:30pm.
