Art collective Lucky Pierre presents AMERICA/N, a 13-hour discussion and performance of the US Constitution at the Defibrillator Gallery (1136 N. Milwaukee). Starting at 6am a slate of performers and authors will discuss each article of the Constitution, each performance followed by a discussion. Two Cookie Minimum's scheduled reading lands on Election Day Tuesday November 6th. The event begins with featured readers Stuart Ross, Patrick Andrews and Hillary Stone. Simultaneously there will be a live writing exercise with readers Mason Johnson (co-host of Karaoke Idol) and Matt Rowen (editor of Untoward magazine). After a brief intermission these two we will share what they wrote. The audience will vote on which piece should be chosen to win a prize of immense proportion.
