The 29th annual Chicago Latino Film Festival, organized by the International Latino Cultural Center, runs April 11-25 at the AMC Loews Theatres 600, 600 N. Michigan Ave. Today's screenings begin at 5:30pm; see the schedule for full details. Tickets to each film are $11.

NRDC Earth Day Craft Beer Tasting @ Galleria Marchetti

Runners For Boston @ Fleet Feet locations

Tonight at 6:30pm, independent running stores around the country will hold special group runs to honor Boston Marathon victims and show support for runners everywhere. Fleet Feet stores in both Lincoln Square (4762 N. Lincoln Ave.) and Old Town (1620 N. Wells St.) will both be hosting runs for all running experience levels. Special commemorative shirts are also for sale, while supplies last, to benefit victims through The One Fund. Runners attending events tonight are encouraged to wear a past Boston Marathon shirt, or any other race shirt. More details.

Performance Anxiety @ The Pleasure Chest

Caitlin Bergh and Goodrich Gevaart host this Chicago spin-off of TJ Miller's LA show at The Pleasure Chest (3436 N. Lincoln Ave). In a sex-positive atmosphere, Performance Anxiety provides a room for the city's top comics and hardworking up-and-comers. The show starts at 8pm. It is free, 18+ and BYOB. Audience members receive a 15% discount on store merchandise after the show.
