Station to Station @ Union Station

The Station to Station tour stops at Union Station, 225 S. Canal St., tonight at 6:30pm, featuring performances by Mavis Staples, Theaster Gates' Black Monks of Mississippi, Thurston Moore and John Moloney/Caught on Tape, No Age, White Mystery and others and more, plus art by Urs Fischer, Kenneth Anger, Ernesto Neto, Carsten Höller and Liz Glynn and food from local restaurants. Tickets are $25.

This Much Is True @ Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro

This Much Is True is back this month at Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro (3905 N. Lincoln) with an outstanding lineup of returning favorites and new faces. Listen to stories from Bron Batten, Stephanie Douglass, Ken Krimstein, Jeff Miller, Natasha Tsoutsouris, and Megan Wells. Show starts at 7:30pm, and is free.
