Ravenswood Holiday Walk
Brave the cold for the Ravenswood Holiday Walk from 3:30 to 8pm today. Stores, restaurants and businesses on Montrose from Ravenswood to Damen and Damen from Leland to Argyle will hold open houses with specials, live music and storytelling, charity drives, refreshments and more -- even Santa on a pedicab. The event is free; see the website for details.
OpenGov Chicago Holiday Party
The OpenGov Chicago Holiday Party is tonight from 6 to 9pm in the Chicago Cultural Center, 78 E. Washington St., in Preston Bradley Hall. Enjoy free drinks, coffee, food and music spun by DJs John Tolva and DJ C. RSVP required; space is limited.
