Youth Perspectives Summit @ Field Museum
Little Village Environmental Justice Organization is teaming up with Chicago schools, environmental sustainability organizations and professionals from the science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields to create an interactive, educational space for young people to collaborate and discuss solutions for environmental and climate justice. This summit runs from 9:30am to 12pm in Ward Lecture Hall at the Field Museum (1400 S. Lake Shore Dr.). Registration required. Event details here.
Chainlink Winter Bike Swap
Cycling community site The Chainlink, Chicagoland Bicycle Coalition, Chicago Bike Winter and Break the Gridlock hold a winter bike swap today at Jak's Tap, 901 W. Jackson St., today from 11am to 4pm. Shop among 30+ vendors, trade bikes, parts and gear, and meet fellow winter cyclists. Admission is $5 at the door.

A Table: Food & Wine in French Cinema
Alliance Française, 54 W. Chicago Ave, hosts A Table: Food and Wine in French Cinema today at 1:30pm. Chef Madeleine Bullwinkel and former Alliance Française President Randy Williams team up for a cooking demonstration followed by a screening of the film Chocolat. Tickets for the movie are $8 and include a glass of wine; cooking class is extra.
The Magical Exploding Boy and the Invisible Circus @ Actors Gymnasium
The Actors Gymnasium presents The Magical Exploding Boy (local clown & mime actor Dean Evans) along with circus performers from the Actors Gym. Hump Tour @ Music Box
Sex columnist (and former Chicagoan) Dan Savage is taking his Hump Film Festival on tour, and it's stopping at the Music Box Theatre, 3733 N. Southport Ave., tonight. The festival is a challenge aimed at regular folks to create five minute pornos, and the results are all over the board in terms of quality, flavor and taste. There are three screenings of the touring selections, at 5pm, 8pm and 11pm. Tickets are $25. 21+
Windy City Rollers @ UIC Pavilion
