Disappears' Irreal is a moody and minimal post-punk album, a long way from the garage rock-ish Can that they sounded like in 2009. But they've picked up as much as they've lost over the years and continue to put on intense live shows. They'll celebrate Irreal's release with a show at Garfield Park Conservatory. Suuns, Bitchin' Bajas and Mouth Captain are also playing. The show starts at 7pm and is $23. Garfield Park Conservatory is at 300 N. Central Park Ave.
