The Changing Worlds Associate Board is hosting their 2nd Annual Arts & Craft-Beer Night today starting at 5:30 pm. Changing World's mission is "to foster inclusive communities through oral history, writing and art programs that improve student learning, affirm identity, and enhance cross-cultural understanding. The event will feature $5 beers with a $10 cover, with free snacks donated by Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread, & Wine. They will also have $5 raffle tickets for the chance to win two 3-day passes to the sold out Pitchfork Music Festival. Lagunitas is located at 2607 W. 17th.
Poi Dog Pondering does a free show in the Pritzker Pavilion, 205 E. Randolp St., tonight at 6:30pm as part of the Downtown Sound music series. Caroline Smith opens.
The Uptown Underground, 4713 N. Broadway, presents "No One Here But Us Witches," a witch- and magic-inspired cabaret show, at 8pm tonight. Hear songs from Wicked, Into the Woods, Frozen, Witches of Eastwick, Hocus Pocus and more. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, or $15 for students.
