Stagestruck City @ Newberry Library
The Newberry Library, 60 W. Walton St., hosts Stagestruck City, an exhibit illustrating the “little theatre” movement beginning in the 19th century though posters, programs, scripts, letters, and photographs. Learn about Chicago’s theater history for free during normal hours, 8:15am to 7:30pm!
Kids New Years Eve Party @ Little Beans Cafe
Today from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, ring in the new year early with the whole family! Little Beans Cafe, 1809 W. Webster, will host the celebration with a DJ, dancing, pizza and refreshments, and a balloon drop! $25 for the first child, $15 for each sibling, adults are free. Register online in advance!
