A Chance to See the Chicago Fire...In Chicago!
The Chicago Fire make a rare appearance inside the city limits Wednesday, April 16 at 6pm when they take on the UIC Men's Soccer team at Flames Field. The match benefits FireWorks for Kids Foundation and America SCORES Chicago. With the Fire preparing for a trip to San Jose on Saturday, expect to see about 45 minutes from the healthy starters and a lot of playing time for those squad players making $12,000 and trying to prove themselves. UIC had a pretty good season last year and is widely considered a program on the rise. Tickets are an affordable $12 and it certainly beats the trip out to Toyota Park.
