Windy City Rollers in the Northwest Knockdown
Holy cow! The Windy City Rollers travel team, the All-Stars, have sped into the Northwest Knockdown national championships, held this weekend in Portland.
The WCR All-Stars have had an incredible year. In their first game at their new location at UIC, the All-Stars whomped the Carolina Rollerdolls 106-60. WCR is currently seeded as #2 in the Eastern Region.
Today at 3 p.m. CST the All-Stars are slotted against the Rat City All-Stars, who finished #3 at the Western Regional tournament. Whoever wins this game plays again at 8 p.m. against the Texas Rollergirls.
