Event Spotlight: Printers' Ball
For the fifth year in a row, all of Chicago's print types are getting together to showcase their wares on Friday at the Printers' Ball. Come celebrate local magazines, books and broadsides and listen to readings, live music and live interviews. The list of scheduled organizations and guests is too great to list here, so take a look at the website and see if your favorite printmakers will be there (and, be assured, you'll find some new ones to enjoy as well). Word has it that some GB folk will be there as well. Admission is free and open to the public, 5pm-11pm at 1104 S. Wabash on the 1st and 8th floors.
