World Kitchen 2008

Registration begins today for World Kitchen, a series of cooking classes sponsored by the Department of Cultural Affairs that will be held in the new, top-notch culinary facilities at Gallery 37 Center for the Arts, 66 E. Randolph Street starting in January . The cost of most of the events is $30 and offers instruction in a range of subjects, such as making marinara sauce (January 10), Asian New Year delicacies (February 10), and Chicago street food (February 28).
