The Art of Craft Beer @ Village Tap

Northwest Side Beer Ride
The Northwest Side Beer Ride kicks off tonight at 6pm at nine bars and restaurants on the Northwest Side. Stop into any of the locations to sample beers from 11 local breweries, talk with the brewers and hitch a ride on the beer crawl bus between stops. $20 covers transportation and a memento; pay for your own beer. 21+
Chicago's Women of Craft Beer @ Riverview Tavern
Hail to the Ale hosts a celebration of Chicago's Women of Craft Beer at Riverview Tavern, 1958 W. Roscoe Ave., tonight at 7pm. Meet female brewery workers from Temperance Beer, Rock Bottom Chicago, Metropolitan, Revolution, Solemn Oath, Goose Island, Ale Syndicate, DryHop Brewers, Begyle Brewing, Louis Glunz Beer and more, enjoy local beers including a session pale ale brewed just for the event. Donations from pint sales and raffle tickets will benefit the Chicago chapter of Dress For Success. No cover, 21+
Haymaker @ Neo-Futurarium
The Neo-Futurists present their latest prime-time offering, Haymaker by ensemble member Trevor Dawkins. Featuring a performance of a movie script Trevor wrote when he was 13, Haymaker features an all-actor cast, several staged fights, and the usual blend of autobiography & audience participation that the Neos are known for. Haymaker runs Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30pm at the Neo-Futurarium, 5153 N.
