Chicago Thanksgiving Parade on State St.
Want to see the parade in person rather than on TV? Go to State Street (between Congress Parkway and Randolph) and watch the bigger than life floats, cartoon characters and marching bands as they come through our city today starting at 8 AM.
Chicago Italian Film Festival
The inaugural Chicago Italian Film Festival runs Nov. 21-27 at the Music Box Theatre, 3733 N. Southport Ave. The theme is "Italian Comedy: Then & Now." Tonight's films are Divorce Italian Style (Divorzio all’italiana) at 5:30pm and The Mafia Kills Only in Summer (La mafia uccide solo d’estate) at 7:45pm. Individual tickets are $10, or $8 for members of the Italian Cultural Institute Chicago. See five films for $40.
Second City's Holidazed & Confused Revue @ UP Comedy
Second City stages its Holidazed and Confused Revue at UP Comedy Club, 230 W. North Ave., tonight at 8pm. Doors open at 7:15pm, and tickets are $32. 21+
