The Crossroads Fund hosts Seeds of Change, its annual benefit gala, tonight in GAR Hall at the Chicago Cultural Center, 77 E. Randolph St. The evening begins at 5:30pm with a cocktail reception, live music and a silent auction, followed by an awards ceremony at 7:30pm. Tickets are $135 per person; $50 limited income admission is available.
Tonight from 6-8PM, Woman Made Gallery will be presenting their 18th International Open which will feature the works of 37 female artists. The gallery is located at 685 N Milwaukee Ave. Free and open to the public.
Empty Bottle Presents and Austin Psych Fest present Levitation Chicago, a two day music festival at Thalia Hall, 1807 S. Allport Ave., tonight and Saturday. Tonight's lineup features The Pop Group, Destruction Unit, Viet Cong, Noveller, Mind Over Mirrors, Heaters, and Mary Lattimore & Jeff Zeigler. Doors open at 6pm, show starts at 7pm. Tickets are $25, or $35 for both days.
THE MISSION, 1431 W. Chicago Ave., opens an exhibition of the landscape drawings of Argentine artist Mariana Sissia tonight from 6 to 8pm. The show will be on view until April 25.
Revolution Brewing celebrates its fifth anniversary with a party at the Riviera, 4746 N. Racine Ave., tonight at 7pm. Andrew WK headlines, supprted by The Orwells, the Beer Nuts and the Superfriends DJs, plus a special guest appearence by 2012 World Air Guitar Champion Nordic Thunder. A dozen Revolution beers will be on tap for $4 a pint, and there will be giveaways and other fun. Tickets are $27.50. 21+
