The Paper Machete @ Green Mill

The Paper Machete at the Green Mill, 4802 N. Broadway, this week features readings by Sara Benincasa, Ryan Bennett and Virginia Muller, Chandler Goodman, Bill Larkin and Robyn Scott, Niccole Thurman and "SNL's" Katie Rich. AAW: Professional Wrestling

AAW: Professional Wrestling is hosting Epic: The 11 Year Anniversary Event at the Berwyn Eagles Club. The promotion's title belt is on the line as Eddie Kingston faces Silas Young, and Dick Justice and The Gregory Iron will square off in a blindfold match. Also scheduled is a tag team bout, and more than a dozen wrestlers are listed on the undercard. Doors open at 6:45pm and the bell is at 7:30. Front row seats are sold out but other tickets are available at the door or online for $15. The Berwyn Eagles Club is located at 6309 W. 26th St. in Berwyn.

Sones de Mexico and the Irish Music School of Chicago @ Old Town School

The Old Town School of Folk Music welcomes Sones de Mexico and The Irish Music School of Chicago as they celebrate the little-known part that Ireland had in the history of Mexico. Oyez Review Release Party @ Quimby's
