The 54th annual Chicago Book & Paper Fair, organized by the Midwest Antiquarian Booksellers Association, is at the Plumbers Union Hall, 1340 W. Washington St., today from 10am to 5pm. Shop for antiquarian, fine and rare books, ephemera, advertising, maps and more from over 60 vendors. Admission is $6, $4 for students.

Entering its 41st year, the Wells Street Art Festival is a loved Chicago summer festival. The festival will include an array of juried art, tastes from local restaurants, live music, and activities for kids and families. The festival includes artwork from over 200 individuals, and will begin today at 11 am, located on the portion of Wells St. between North Ave. and Division St. Admission to the festival is free, however there is a suggested gate donation, which will benefit the Old Town Merchants and Residents Association.
The largest free blues festival in the world, the Chicago Blues Festival once again returns to the city of Chicago. This year, the 32nd of the annual festival, legend Buddy Guy will headline the festival, performing tonight at 8:05pm at the Petrillo Music Shell. Today's headliners also include Toronzo Cannon and the Taj Mahal Trio. You can find a complete schedule of today's performances here. Grant Park is located at the junction of E. Jackson Blvd. and Columbus Drive. Admission is free.
The West Loop Craft Beer Festival runs from 1 to 5pm today on Clinton Street between Lake and Washington. Sample beers from more than 40 local and regional craft breweries, balanced with food from a dozen food vendors from Chicago French Market and nearby. Tickets are $50 or $80 for VIP, which gets you in at noon. Proceeds benefit the Neighbors of West Loop community organization. 21+

The Windy City Rollers All-Stars take on the Chicago Outfit Roller Derby Syndicate to determine roller derby dominance tonight at Broadway Armory Park, 5917 N Broadway Ave. Doors open at 5:30pm. Tickets for $15 are available online, although kids get in free.
From 7-10pm, Ballroom Projects is hosting an opening reception for the exhibition, "Orange You Glad!". The group show features artists Dan Mrva, Claire Ashley, and Matt Mancini. The event is location at 3012 S. Archer Avenue #3.
Hubbard Street Dance Chicago debuts their second program solely comprised of pieces created by Resident Choreographer Alejandro Cerrudo. Cerrudo became the company's first Resident Choreographer in 2009, and has since choreographed 13 pieces with Hubbard Street. The Series will feature a wide range of Cerrudo's pieces, including the world premiere of his 14th piece created for the Company. Tonight's show starts at 8pm at the Harris Theater at 205 E. Randolph. Tickets are $30-99.
New Orleans' Rebirth Brass Band plays Martyrs', 3855 N. Lincoln Ave., with Super Doppler Wars opening. Doors are at 10pm. Tickets are $25.
