Chicago International Map Fair

The International Map Fair runs Oct. 23-25 at the Loyola University Museum of Art (LUMA), 820 N. Michigan Ave., from 10am to 5pm. Browse vintage and modern maps, globes, atlases, prints and more. Weekend passes are $5 in advance, $10 at the door. Tonight's cocktail reception from 5 to 7:30pm is $40.

Breakfast at Ina's Doc @ AMC River East 21

The documentary about Ina Pinkney, whose famed West Loop brunch spot closed in 2013, airs today at 4pm at the River East 21, 322 E Illinois St.

Dead in Chicago Tour

Leyla Royale, proprietress of the Dead in Chicago blog, will be leading a walking tour of horror history in the Loop, from the Iroquois Theater fir to more obscure spots, tonight and Oct. 30 at 6pm. Suggested donation of $10. RSVP by emailing deadinchicago@gmail.com, and on Facebook.

20x2 Chicago @ Schubas

Gapers Block presents 20x2 Chicago, a show in which 20 people from all different walks of creative life -- writers, musicians, filmmakers, web geeks and other bon vivants -- get two minutes each to answer the question of the day in whatever way they like. The results can be as varied as the emotions and reactions they evoke. This edition's question is "When did you know?" The lineup includes Gaylon Alcaraz, James Allenspach, Tim Barnes, Demetrio Cardona-Maguidad, Danette Chavez, Eamon Daly, Elizabeth Gomez, Felix Jung, Britt Julious, Amy Karatz, Rose Lannin, Sophia Madana, Parker Molloy, Dawn Xiana Moon, John Morrison, E.Oks (Evan Okun), Jenni Prokopy, Ron Slattery, Shawn Smith and Amy Sumpter; Andrew Huff hosts. The show is tonight at Schubas, 3159 N. Southport Ave. Tickets are $10 online or at the door. Doors open at 6:30pm, show's at 7pm. All ages.

Graveface Autumn Pop-Up Spectacle @ The Niche Lab

The Graveface Autumn Pop-Up Spectacle will be coming to the multi-purpose science lab The Niche Lab, 3328 W North Ave. This event will be a multimedia experience featuring free tattoos from Chloe Pinnock, spooky stories, and quiet musical sets from Dreamend and The Marshmallow Ghosts. Live Movie Riffing w/MST3K Stars @ North Bar

Trace Beaulieu and Frank Conniff, the mad scientists from "Mystery Science Theater 3000," will be at North Bar, 1637 W. North Ave., tonight and Saturday for some live movie riffing. Two shows each night, at 7 and 10pm, each with a different movie (sorry, they haven't revealed which ones.) Tickets are $30 for each show. 21+

Welcome to Night Vale @ Music Box

The Music Box Theatre hosts authors Joseph Fink & Jeffrey Cranor, who will be promoting their novelization of the podcast Welcome to Night Vale. Third Coast Filmless Festival

The Third Coast Filmless Festival runs Oct. 23-25 at ChiArts, 2714 W. Augusta Blvd. Tonight's programming is a "pep rally" from 7:30 to 9pm, featuring stories from Katie Mingle of 99% Invisible, independent producer Yowei Shaw, Shannon Cason of Homemade Stories, and Maya Goldberg-Safir and Dennis Funk of the Third Coast Festival. Weekend passes have sold out, but limited tickets to individual events range from $12 to $20 and may be available at the door. See the full schedule for details.

Leonard Bernstein + The CSO

Enjoy a screening of 1954 film On The Waterfront, backed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The show begins at 8pm.
