It's Derby Time: Windy City Rollers Begin 2012 Season
Itchin' for some homestyle derby? The Windy City Rollers are hosting their opening bout of the 2012 season on Saturday, Feb. 11, pitching the Hell's Belles vs. The Fury, and Manic Attackers vs. Double Crossers.
The league posted short promo clips for the upcoming bout, including this cute Looney Tunes-inspired (yet oddly French) battle twixt the Double Crossers' Joanie Utah and Manic Attackers' Bork Bork Bork.
The bout will be held at the UIC Pavilion (525 S. Racine), and the first game kicks off at 6pm. Tickets start at $20; get yours online or at the door.
