Like your alt-guitar rock a little poppy, a little on the early-90s-strong-female-vocals side? Well, buddy boy, you're in all sorts of luck. Not only do Chicago-based trio The Locals fit that very bill, but they're also playing a show at the Elbo Room to celebrate the release of their CD, Big Picture.
