Permit Description: Wreck and remove 3 story frame multi unit residence and detached brick garage.
Status: Demolition permit issued 2/23/2012

The building was previously rehabilitated, with two previous building permits for a porch construction and repair on September 20, 2006, as well as drywall and other repairs on April 8, 2008. Despite the clear presence of gang graffiti on the doors and other surfaces, no 311 calls have been made about the building.
