Local builder Barrett Homes lists the property as an "Extra Wide, 37.5 lot in Lakeview" on their website, with a different rendering than that on the billboard seen above. It was sold to Barrett Homes for $650,000 in October, 2011. No building permit has been issued for the property.

Over the course of 2012 David Schalliol produced a photographic portrait of 100 of the hundreds of buildings threatened with demolition in the city of Chicago.
