This building was listed with its next door property as an usual composite "prime" for redevelopment.

Two lots on Clark north of wrigley field at the intersection of Racine and Clark. 3762 is a two story mixed use; 2879 sf of warehouse w/ some office and a 1200 sf apartment. 3766 is a single story commercial/store of 1600 sf with a 2 car garage.
