This West Pullman residence was last sold for $160,000 in August 2004. It was on the market with the following description:
It has since been the subject of 49 building violations, six graffiti requests and three 311 vacant building requests, the last as recent as April.
Over the course of 2012 David Schalliol produced a photographic portrait of 100 of the hundreds of buildings threatened with demolition in the city of Chicago.
